The “CareerFest” event, organized by HBN Group and Baku Engineering University, was an important initiative to accelerate the integration of young people into the labor market and support their future professional choices. Within the framework of the festival, about 8,000 young people came together with representatives of large and small enterprises operating in various fields.

The main goal of the event was to familiarize young people not only with theoretical knowledge, but also with modern professional skills required in the labor market, as well as to provide them with real job opportunities. Young people communicated directly with employers and received detailed information about areas that correspond to their interests and specialties.

Various companies participating in the festival presented recruitment, internship programs and career development opportunities. It was especially emphasized that these programs serve to help young people enter the labor market in a more prepared and competitive manner.

Business Class Azerbaijan participated in the “CareerFest” event as a partner and presented the “Antistress” project, which forms the social activity part of the festival. A special zone was created within the project, open to all participants, and about 10 different games and activities were presented in this space.

This interactive zone created an opportunity for young people to relax, gather positive energy and socialize during the long and busy festival day. The activities both increased the motivation of the participants and contributed to the reduction of daily stress.

The volleyball game held at the end of the event led to the development of friendly relations among the participants and the formation of a fun and unforgettable atmosphere.
