On February 22, 2025, the first master class on the topic “The Role of Human Resources Leaders in Transformation” was successfully held at Karabakh University, organized by HBN GROUP. About 30 human resources specialists and managers representing the public and private sectors participated in the event.

Gratitude was expressed to the rector of Karabakh University, Shahin Bayramov, for the organization of the training and the high conditions created. At the same time, special gratitude was expressed to the advisor to the rector, Hamiz Mahmudova, and the director of the Center for Excellence, Abdulkhalig Mammadli, for their support in establishing relations with the university.

Within the framework of the event, the participants were enriched not only with professional knowledge and skills, but also with unforgettable impressions. During the visit to Karabakh, they had the opportunity to get acquainted with the rich history, cultural heritage and natural beauties of the region. The cultural excursions and the Karabakh tour provided the participants with both education and entertainment.

The visit was carried out within the framework of the “Antistress” project. The organizer of the team building and regional trip part of the project was Business Class. The team building events and anti-stress trips not only strengthened the friendships between the participants, but also helped them get away from the daily work stress and regain motivation.

This trip was remembered as not only a tourist trip, but also a valuable experience that relaxed the soul, gained new perspectives and strengthened collective energy.
